You know, rural Manitoba isn’t exactly a tourist magnet. Most people, when they hear my accent, ask me right away, “What are you doing here?” But seriously, take a look at this:

But even my cheap and crappy digital camera can’t make the prairie sunsets look bad.

    Wow. Those are what I call literary pictures. Somehow they evoke CanLit for me. I especially love the second one!

    Thanks, I just love Canadian landscapes. No matter what province I’m visiting, there’s always something beautiful.
    My to-read list is not getting any shorter! Plus I just borrowed three library books that are not even on that list! Arrgghh. I clearly need to give up work, and sleep, to read them all.
